Blacks are seriously over-represented in America's Prison Population.

Why? is the question. I believe the biggest problem lies in their poverty rate. Which is caused in big part by their lack of a central Family Unit in most cases. Hell, most of them don't even know for sure who their daddy even is. I shit you not.

So, they're raised with men coming and going (literally) no Male guidance because, Uncles Fred, Leroy and Sam really aren't interested. So young Black Males have difficulty growing up correctly.

So let's trace it back, shall we? It's pointless, I know but here we go --
