Let's wear our fear on our faces

Is it really necessary to portray ourselves as constantly fearful? Other nations have been dealing with terrorism for a long time. You didn't see the British running around like scared chickens everytime the IRA bombed somebody. Its not just the GOP & Bush either, Kerry seems to be saying we should show our fear in all its glory too. What happened to this Country? America was not built on fear. We are in decline. This country has no balls anymore.
