Lets disarm the police in black communities

Lets disarm the police within the black communities...If a cop wants to work within these areas. They will be disarmed and expected to serve without a gun.

Is that a solution?

If the criminal wants to attack the cop. The cop will beg the criminal to be his friend and to get into the cop car.

This is the solution the black community and the left wishes to see. Will it work?
