Looks like the prosecutor who went after Trump for valuation of assets to achieve better rates DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING.

James mis-files documents on her property labeling it as 4 family, to allow her to receive assistance she wouldn't be eligible for had she been TRUTHFUL, and listed it as the mortgage company did, 5 family. She either committed mortgage fraud or unauthorized conversion for 20 years. Simple as that.


If the property genuinely has five units (as per the official Certificate of Occupancy):

  • James submitted false information on mortgage applications, potentially constituting federal mortgage fraud
  • She filed incorrect information on building permits, violating NYC Administrative Code §28-211.1, which prohibits “false statements in certificates, forms, written statements, applications, reports or certificates of correction”
  • She received a federal HAMP mortgage modification she wasn’t eligible for, as the program guidelines explicitly limited eligibility to properties with no more than four units

I bet during the Trump real estate case, Letitia had more than a few private laughs with others about the fact that she was getting away with stuff while trying to nail Trump to the wall for the same thing.

Democrats are like that: It is a confirmation of their power to convict others of things while they do them themselves. They rationalize it by telling themselves they are specially entitled.

I don't know which is more fascinating---
  1. That people like James never gave any thought to what they were doing or WHO they were doing it to to think this could be their very next president, as if they believed with certainty that they were destined to get Trump and utterly destroy him and all possibility of payback.
  2. Or that, in the face of looking the other way on MASSIVE Biden corruption and law breaking all around them, that they would try to float out there that their dedication to justice demanded that they just HAD to get Trump no matter what the risks because, you know, NO ONE is above the law.
Maybe when they perp-walk Letitia to her prison cell in leg irons, Trump will be near there to tell her just before they slam the door shut on her and 10 other fat sweaty lezbos that: "No one is above the law, Letitia."

Hers is out and out fraud. No way around that.

Since one criminal referral involves property in Virginia she should be tried in a Virginia Federal Court. Take no chances in a NY court.

I think this hits it on the head. Democrats are so arrogant they never think of the consequences of the evil things they do. They are totally focused on power and control and destroying the ONE GUY standing in their way. Didn't work out so good lol

  • Can you imagine if Biden issued a new edict requiring all colleges to hire or not hire a certain way? It would be immediately followed. There would be no question of it. Those are now the new guidelines.
  • But let Trump point out that these campus riots and violence espousing hate towards Jewish students violates federal guidelines for getting federal aid and they are suddenly compelled to resist with every last breath against the tyranny, even if it means losing 9 billion dollars a year.
Leftists are nothing if not a contradiction in their own terms. If the Left were a car, if you steered left, it would turn left, if you steered right, it would turn left, if you punched the pedal, it would speed up into a wall, but if you hit the brakes, it would speed up even harder and hit two walls.

Conservatives often boggle as to how Leftists arrive at their positions, but that is the problem--- there was no logical path to getting to where they are because they are entirely reactionary.

To be a successful Leftist in today's democrat party, you need a cracked motherboard with some real bad wiring in your brain. Something has gone very wrong in your life for you to end up choosing Leftism.

The DOJ handles civil and criminal cases related to enforcement of the tax laws of the United States. The DOJ’s Trial Division handles or supervises the vast majority of civil tax litigation in federal and state courts.
