Well, the question is, How does a typical Black American "experience" racism?
Statistically, a "typical Black American" is born to a single mother who has extremely limited resources. S/he will live in a marginal neighborhood, go to an underperforming school, and have few positive role models. S/he will have a low-normal IQ, which removes the real possibility of serious higher education, entrepreneurship, or even mastery of valuable skilled trades. S/he will be raised in a culture that disdains academic success and emphasizes what used to be called, "anti-social" behavior such as petty crime, substance abuse, and horrible money management. S/he will often look to Government for meeting of basic human needs such as food, shelter, healthcare, and of course education.
And if s/he ends up sucking on the hind teat of life, it's due to racism?
Where is the racism in all of this? Exactly how does s/he experience racism, and how does it limit his/her success in life?
And keep in mind, if the Black Americans in question are born into intact families (both parents in the home) manifesting "middle-class values," the sky is the limit for what they can accomplish. At least it seems that way to me (old White guy).
