Recently, the treaty regulating the Russian Black Sea Fleet's use of Ukrainian ports came up for renewal in the Ukrainian legislature. There was a great deal of anger by the minority, which responded badly.
Fist fights and egg tossing are not part of what goes on in DC, but back in the early days someone nearly committed a murder on the senate floor.
The opposition came prepared with lots of eggs.
Anyway, this is kind of funny to watch.
