The misconception of neutral magistrate has long since been dispelled by the poison of party politics as we see Democrat judges deciding for the cheat and Republican judges ruling in favor of closer scrutiny. Any part of the process that is given to digital processing is open to tampering. These judges know exactly what they are doing.

McBurney was appointed by Nathan Deal a nominal Republican but life long democrat before that.

"[T]he public interest is not disserved by pressing pause here. This election season is fraught; memories of January 6 have not faded away, regardless of one’s view of that date’s fame or infamy," he wrote. "Anything that adds uncertainty and disorder to the electoral process disserves the public

The temporary injunction, which is likely to be appealed, is a win for Democrats who filed the suit after the Georgia State Election Board voted 3-2 in favor of the hand-counting rule last month. It was set to take effect on Oct. 22, two weeks out from Election Day.

This decision is pure horseshit and offers only the weakest of reasons for discarding a hand count process. Conclusion here is that these guys know that once the digital leg of the process is accessed then the magic can be applied.

Eventually the GOP will catch up
and that is when you will see Court decisions favoring the hand count.

The election process should not be in the hands of the two political parties. But it is, so there will always be cheating, like gerrymandering, which the Republicans LOVE.

"Georgia election officials released a report Thursday evening on the results of the hand tally recount of the presidential election, affirming Joe Biden's lead in the state."

They had a hand recount...
In Georgia...
In 2020....

And you've done nothing but complain about the results since. So according to you, the hand recount is proof positive that the blob lost, right?

Of course you'll now come up with some excuse out of left field to tell us why this hand recount was somehow not valid and Trump actually won.

Feel free to now talk out both sides of your mouth. I'm sure it will be hilarious.
