It's interesting that they waited for the border patrol who seem to have a wider range of authority in these particular instances. I'm sure they were in communication right along and they actually may have requested a border patrol agent or a border patrol elite squad. The border patrol agents have a greater protective barrier against prosecution in this instance since they are an arm of the federal government.Exactly right.
