There is a provisional style government within the established government we all live with in the inner cities and other areas. The currency used is derived from the checks and benefits doled out from the established government. Percentages from all types of them made and charged in trades for cash. And it gets more sophisticated from there. This is a reason that helps ghettos to not reduce for the fiat currency spent.

My point is what they keep saying in the meme posted is basically, actual fraud by actual recipients, is around 1%....they account for only 1% of the 11% fraud or mishandling that takes place...or something like that....

I interpreted that to mean it is not the needy recipients intentionally committing fraud, but other major problems..... So go after those big problems and NOT the needy recipients with more burdensome measures than there already are to get it.

USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins did a survey of corruption in SNAP benefits and found 500,000 people were getting SNAP benefits twice under the same name and 5000 dead people were receiving SNAP payments. And 80% of SNAP recipients are able to work. This is just another democrap grift. And my guess is those 500,000 people vote at least twice and the 5000 dead also vote in elections. All for democraps, of course. How corrupt does this democrap rabbit hole go? My guess is half of our 38 trillion USD debt is due to the establishment's forever wars, and the other half is due to these federal programs championed by the democraps to guarantee a large voter base.
