That may be what you'd like it to be, but at this moment if you are born in the US you are a US citizen regardless of your parents' immigration status. It's likely to take a Constitutional Amendment to change that. I personally think that consternation over the 14th Amendment takes the eye off the ball. The much bigger concern is controling the border in the first place. If aliens aren't allowed to enter illegally in the first place, their having a child is not an issue. Not for us at least.
