I don't have to get back to your foreign butt for anything. Hunter Biden was pardoned because of the Republican witch hunt used to try bringing down his father. They were not making a threat. They were saying the politician is a threat to the lives of others.

Mixed emotions. Just as the makeshift gallows on J6, however tasteless, was purely symbolic and not intended as any kind of threat, It could be that this also should be seen as symbolic, however tasteless/grotesque/inappropriate. That would put it under the protection of free speech.

That a Democrat congresswoman was participating made it especially shameful though.

I appreciate the sentiment. I really do.

But at some point we need to get away with this lawfare retaliation--they did it to us so we'll do it to them--kind of mentality and restore perspective to our politics as well as to our culture overall.

Is a cardboard coffin really an act of terrorism? Would we have thought so 30 years ago? Or just a grotesque joke intended to insult?
