EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said Tuesday he's issuing draft plans to overturn the agency's 2009 scientific finding that greenhouse gases threaten human health and welfare -- a move guaranteed to spark litigation.

Weird how Obama impose this rule on bureaucratic authority alone and yet bureaucratic authority isn't enough to un-impose it........................

.............Zeldin says the rollback of this "finding" could save Americans $1 trillion in unnecessary "green" redtape.

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin will rescind the Obama administration's endangerment finding declaration in the "largest deregulatory action in the history of America," he announced Tuesday on the "Ruthless" podcast.

Zeldin joined the "Ruthless" podcast to break the news that the EPA would nix the declaration that insisted greenhouse gases like carbon monoxide and methane endanger human lives. Zeldin will officially make the announcement that will drive "a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion" later in the day in Indiana.

This is a really big deal, people. Seriously big.

Example; Friend of mine was pulling his RV out West through the Rockies. It's a Diesel, of ourse. A Cummins (what else is there?). And it throws a code: "Limp Mode in next 100 Miles". Not sure why. There's BULLSHIT pollution crap on all Diesels that requires that DEF (dieselexhaustfluid) be squirted into exhaust in order to kill some kind of fumes that makes the pussies of the lace panty crowd itch.

It decided to take a shit. All on its own. The punishment for that is, the computer puts your engine in 'Limp Mode'. It won't allow you to go more than 5 MPH. It basically shuts you down.

My Buddy was out in Utah or some such shit, BumFukkEgypt was more like it. And his Truck would NOT run over 5 MPH. And even then, it wouldn't pull a sick grandma off the toilet seat.

And he had a 25,000 Pound RV hooked up to it.

Thousands and Thousands and MORE Thousands of dollars later, it got fixed. More like, the pollution crap got thrown in the garbage.

It wasn't really Ram's fault. The EPA (THE most despicable organization of all the goobermint agencies) Mandated that this shit be put on. And the technology just wasn't there. It still isn't.

Does the EPA care? Not a bit. For some odd reason, they don't like diesels. It's stupid because some of the diesel-powered cars ten years ago got 75 (Seventy-Five) Miles per gallon.

Personally....... I have a Ram CTD (Cumminsturbodiesel) and some gas additive accidentally got poured into the DEF cap. (I don't wanna talk about it)

Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, that gets in your DEF Tank (other than DEF) will immediately destroy the whole system. You go into limp mode, the tank can't really be successfully cleaned.... Ever. And to completely replace everything is upwards of TEN THOUSAND dollars.

So I had to do what's called a "Delete" and a "Tune". And I was lucky to find a guy to do it. It's illegal as hell. They (the FILTH in the EPA) have shut down and fined (bigly) hundreds of shops for doing it. So I got lucky in that regard. Friend of a Friend did it

Five THOUSAND dollars later.

And this is after paying Five THOUSAND Dollars for the shit the factory was required to put on. It ain't free. All that garbage the EPA requires, they don't pay for it -- YOU do.

Then, WHEN (not if, WHEN) it fails, you have to pay to R&R it or do a Tune & Delete..

The EPA is the biggest piece of shit in goobermint. Worse than any other Agency. BY FAR. They have more impact on your day to day life than any other goobermint agency.

And oh, they pull the same shit on Diesel Tractors. Even gas cans!

Anybody else in here have to fuss with that abortion? It sounds simple but it's a PITA.

Here's the stupid part -- The morons at the EPA designed the gas can because they say it saves on pollution, whatever. But I've never used on without spilling about half the contents.
