I think Lara has been told the Senate position is hers if she wants it. That is why she stepped down in preparation for it.

Tiffany could step in as the RNC co-chair. It will be an easy position during her pregnancy. The republicans will need a young and pretty female face onboard before the next election in two years in order to raise a lot of money.

She was just on Dave Rubin’s show and it sounds like she will be taking the senate seat. I think she has a potential president run in the future too.
