I've never seen any pride crap marketed to children in stores; the only place I've seen anything remotely referencing pride is online (yes, I just checked b/c I wanted to make sure I was being accurate as I posted). I mean, good God, these are harmless tee shirts with rainbow colors on them. Like kids haven't seen a fucking pride rainbow before.

Each and every end of a season those department stores sell off stock either to re-sellers and/or liquidators. Mostly apparel, because there is no room to warehouse those items for 9 to 10 months.
This liquidation practice is normal and has been going on for as long as I know.

As for Target or losses? Like most stores similar, their value goes up and down. Excess inventory, overbuying, inflation, etc. I thought Kohl's model was actually a reseller in itself.

There was once a time when people of different ethnicities couldn't marry or date. Values change. Sometimes they should.

This isn't a moral boycott or backlash at all; it's an attempt to marginalize people who are who they are, and it's an attempt to harass businesses to force them into excluding or otherwise marginalizing them.

Like I say, these unhappy angry people have to tip over every table in front of them. Everything upsets them. My parents would have called it childish behavior.
