Precisely. So the Eighth Circuit got it right by 2-1. This matches a Fifth Circuit rung a few weeks back.

Naturally, the leftoid loony lawyers are now attempting to swirtch to Fifth Amendmenet claims of due procss, and nwither of the above rulings deals with that. But the left is hel bent on keping millins of illegals in th nation.

Release them, and they have little incentive to self-deport.

Releasing illegals to go back to their lives does just the opposite. Big win.
