For those who might have a genuine concern this judge broke the law, this should infuriate you. Your own team is undermining the case against the judge. It is a prosecutorial axiom that you try the case in court, and not the in public, as Patel is doing. It’s also a prosecutorial axiom that you don’t give the defense any freebie arguments through your own actions, as Patel is doing in this case. If nothing else Patel is giving defense counsel leverage in any plea agreement negotiations. At worst, his repeated flouting of guidelines aimed at protecting a fair trial for defendants risks a sympathetic judge dismissing the case.

Shouldn't be a problem, since Trump is in such good standing with the judiciary...

Poor skrewey, always trying to help out the lawbreakers. Is that what they do in your country??

A poor tu quo que attempt, par for the course for a dipshit like you.
That might mean more if you weren’t always so excited to accuse the left of hypocrisy.

You defended Trump’s crime, but now want others prosecuted for it.

What crimes?

Trump didn't do anything except for piss off the left, and then got made up charges thrown at him.

He obstructed justice. He lied to federal agents, hid documents and attempted to have video records deleted that showed his crimes.

He was charged and should have been prosecuted just like this judge.

No, it's required by law that the Govt give the defendant notice of what they are being accused of. Patel is simply following the law.

It's true Jack Smith claimed all that, but, sadly couldn't prove it and his case was tossed out of court, largely due to the facthe was illegally appointed to begin with.
