What FBI director lied to Congress? I believe Trump asked his attorney to go after Comey for lying and the guy quit rather than embarrass himself because there's no evidence. You will see. Virginia doesn't use electronic voting machines, we use paper ballots that then go through a tabulator with the paper ballot available for QA and recounts if needed.

WIth the exception of maybe, I say maybe, a very small number of electronic voting machines for the disabled (which still generate a paper receipt), we have been on paper ballots for a long time.
