Karma/Reputation calculation

It's a site I am developing only in German and Turkish language.
So no competition to English usmb.com.

This is where I am on the picture.
Under 4,5,6,7 I will also add TOP-3 boxes with smaller font-size, which shows each TOP-3 Users who I have given or received from Thumbs-UP / Thumbs-DOWN.
Based on Thumbs-DOWN similarity I will make friendship-suggestion for people who make Thumb-DOWN similar persons.

But those are irrelevant for Reputation.

I want to make 3 Reputation formula (Total, 7 day, 30 day), which takes into account all the data displayed in the picture.
But I don't know, how I really should make that formula.

Now I have adapted it.
But still no Karma calculation.

I've tweaked around with letter spacing, line height and such to optimize readability of the content.
As font I use Verdana. It's Best for readability.
