Kansas City police arrest man in suspected highway sniper shooting spree

A male suspect who was seen arriving in custody at the Kansas City Police Headquarters shortly before 7 p.m. CDT was confirmed to KMBC as the man.

Earlier in the day a vehicle with an Illinois license plate was seen being towed from the scene, according to the Kansas City Star.
