If the Dems didn’t make decisions based on identity politics, and Biden had instead picked a qualified VP, the Dems would have a viable candidate this point. But they cared more about getting a Female Black into the slot, regardless of how incompetent she might be, and then they were stuck with her.

Thankfully, we still have secret ballots, though I know the Dems want to change that, so they can see exactly who voted against them, and target those people.
