Turns out the electrician started it...ran Romex though a drain pipe next to a stud.

I earned a living re- doing things like what is in the video from the 1980s to the mid 1990s. Blueprints was not part of some workers education. The worst was an apartment complex under construction that OSHA finally closed down. And also over a 1/4 a mile of sidewalk and driveway entrances had to be re-done on a residential street.It is what you get when you take the lowest possible bid.
