In what world do workers set the incomes of the CEOs and management? Actually a very few CEOS had that much of an increase. But take my nephew for example, he rakes in around $400,000 per month his mom tells me, my daughter that is, and saves a bunch as well. Should he set the CEO wages at Facebook?

My brother was a vp of hr. He set the CEOs pay with the CEOs help. The ceo gives the vps good raises so they go along. The bod are all CEOs of other companies. They approve the raises so their raises get approved because his ceo sits on their bod.
