So, TPS where the 'T' stands for temporary, and Kristi Noem decided it was time for these Venezuelans to return to Venezuela. They sued.

In spite of the statute relied on by the court stripping District Courts of jurisdiction, judge Chen postpone their removal anyway.

Judge Chen in part relied on a 5th Circuit Court case that was overturned by SCOTUS.

I think we found one even dumber than Boasberg.

The judge also ignored more recent SCOTUS rulings in his some 80-page rant.

Beginning around 31:25 the government's response.

I wish I had time to respond to all of these great threads. But there's so MANY of them! :p

Democrats are getting hammered. Everywhere, by everyone. America has figured out their game, and simply isn't going to take it anymore.

To the extent that leftards refuse to change, is the extent they'll keep losing elections.

I predict the right will find a way to move against these leftard judges, starting real soon.

The judge did not rely on anything. I don't doubt he used something but the judge never had any attention other than to block Trump.

Trump should bring the criminals back, buy the houses around the judge and put the criminals there

Their history needs to be exposed, they keep going back to the same ones that they have in their pockets. For instance, Boasberg just happened to be the judge to sentence Ray Epps. There are no such things as coincidences in the swamp.

Ray Epps, a Jan. 6 defendant 'scapegoated' by far-right media, sentenced to probation
