A New York City judge dismissed two murder charges related to acts of terrorism as Luigi Mangione, the accused killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, made his first Manhattan courtroom appearance in five months on Tuesday.

Judge Gregory Carro argued that Luigi Mangione was wrongly being charged as a terrorist since the radical terrorist’s objective “was not to threaten, intimidate or coerce, but rather to draw attention to what he perceived as the greed of the insurance industry.”

"We see no intent on coercion or intimidation with the gunning down of the health care CEO", said Carro. "No, instead we all here stand in solidarity with our brother Luigi Mangione as we all defy the Bourgeoisies capitalists who require us to pay for our health care", as the judge gave a fist pump into the air.

"Oh, and we also stand in solidarity with our brother Tyler Robinson in Utah. It's just a shame I can't rule in that case as well."

No word yet on whether or not New Yorkers will have to petition for a license to hunt for any other Bourgeoisies scum or they can to it unregulated by the state.
