Judge clears the way for Gina Carano's civil rights lawsuit against Disney

Things are not looking good for the Disney Grooming Syndicate.

Their stock is tanking after billionaire investor Ike Perlmutter unloaded all of his 25.6 million shares in the company.

Now, a judge has ruled Carano's lawsuit can proceed, after Disney fired her for exercising her first amendment rights.
