In a Republic, actually
It’s the latest setback to the president’s efforts to wield government power to punish law firms. A federal judge called it “a shocking abuse of power.”

‘A federal judge on Tuesday blocked President Trump from punishing the law firm Susman Godfrey, calling the retribution campaign he has waged from the White House against the nation’s top firms “a shocking abuse of power.”

Ruling from the bench, Judge Loren L. AliKhan of the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia said that the executive order Mr. Trump signed last week targeting the firm stemmed from a “personal vendetta.” Susman Godfrey represented Dominion, a manufacturer of voting machines that lawyers allied with Mr. Trump falsely attacked when he lost the 2020 election.’

A welcomed check on the fascist Trump regime’s abuse of power.

I wonder if labeling his actions as a "personal vendetta" paves the way to this not qualifying as an "official presidential act"?

The crazy.....The tell is always in the eyes.

Biden (or someone) appointment.

Trump must have known this judicial tyranny would happen when he won... because he is lawyered up big time and he has some smart attorneys working for his administration... he will get what he wants in the end and along the way so much bad faith will be noticed in the judicial system that long overdue changes will come about... and so ultimately its a good thing....

Irony. Joe Biden appointed federal district court justice complaining about an abuse of power. Lawfare/Judgefare

The fact is, he can cancel their contracts at any time. The DC swamp lawyers protecting their dirty little friends (whom many aided and abetted).

As for security clearances, they won't get them back, period.

Keep stroking yourself, Honey. Your rogue judges have just about burned their own last bridge.
