Of course they could have just got rural broadband from Starlink. That is what Starlink is made for. The infrastructure is already in orbit.

If you think that is bad, look at what the Dems did with electronic medical records. That was one of the first bills that Obama signed. After 8 years it still was not working. The Trump administration had to get it done.
