They are harmless; I've had half a dozen cut out (8-9) at usually 5-8 stitches a pop. I've had literally HUNDREDS of skin thingies removed by cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen freezing)...over 300 in one sitting. Meh; not a problem. I'm more concerned that the walking demented death rattle is stuffing up the US big time.
