She is claiming, however, that the reason is that America is too racist against a black woman.

Apparently, Harris is not popular enough for her liking, which means they are racists who hate women apparently. Apparently that is the only possible reason she is not more popular. Hilarious.

For Joe, he picked Harris because she insinuated he was a racist based on previous incidences when she was running for President, like Joe calling black children roaches at a public speech.
