Every institution has cameras in place. Maybe his death wasn't on film but it's likely that anyone who approached his cell would have been filmed. The feds don't want to see it and the NY authorities don't want to see it and the guards don't want to lose their jobs or be killed so the Epstein incident goes down as suicide.

I'm not convinced Epstein is dead. When the body was brought outside on a stretcher, the head was not covered. That is very unusual as the complete body of a corpse is always covered. What was significant is the ear of the corpse was definitely not Epstein's ear. I posted the picture of Epstein's ear and the corpse ear within a day of the incident. Look for it or google the pictures.
