What is going on? Why can't Trump get these indictments that he lusts for? Is it because he appoints unqualified people for the job? Or is it simply that he isn't capable of determining who is qualified and who is not. In other words, he is aggressively unqualified for the position he holds!

Jeanine has simply learned that you actually need evidence of the possibility of a crime in order to get a grand jury indictment, and she and staff indicting Trump's perceived enemies has been one failure after another....to the point of embarrassment and losing her and staff's credibility, since getting a grand jury indictment is easy peasy according to the sayings.

Many of her prosecutors have quit because they have refused to play in this political vengeance and abuse of the law game they are playing.

Her division/dept is woefully under staffed, and playing these games with Trump's desired retribution is a bone of contention among all honest prosecutors....she can't afford more "losing of face", nor more prosecutors to leave....hopefully she's truly learned this lesson.

You see the difference here is that republicans only go up to the limits of the law as written and intended, they don't twist the law around like a pretzel and weaponize it using sympathetic judges and prosecutors to create cases where no case existed, like suing Trump based on a long expired misdemeanor and treating it like a felony so you could still try the case despite every reputable legal expert saying it wasn't legal, then obstructing evidence for the defense while instructing a jury how they could get a guilty verdict no matter what by making up grounds for conviction.
