Given what a jag-off she is, I have no doubt that she disputes having to pay the HOA fees. Indeed, in the condo community these fees are hated universally, and it is very common for people to withhold the fees over some real or imaginary complaint that the HOA isn't doing something that it is supposed to do, or is mis-using funds.

She is garbage, but this story is a nothing-burger.
