served 40 months of 7 year sentence for non violent felony. He said ar15 meme was used against him in court. FBI has posters on arfcom

How did your "buddy" end up with such a light sentence? Did he blame everything on you? Did he not go in?

I'd assume whatever you guys did was together.

I can't imagine the ordeal you've been through. I'm glad you came out relatively unscathed.


He lied to make the governments case. He actually went in FIRST and I went to retrieve him. Long story short he was coached to what he would testify to and recited it verbatim.

Outrageous. And they wanted 7 years of your life. Took 3.5 years.

Our federal government needs to reduce in size. Bigly.


I wasn't put in jail for what I did. I was put in it for what I think. My trial was 10 percent facts of the case and 90 percent things I have said or posted, pictures of my guns,and attempting to make my public service seem minor. They won by making a DC jury scared that people like YOU AND I exist outside of their liberal bubble.

I was wearing jeans,a Columbia jacket,and a blue hikers backpack. In my case wearing a protective mask in a chemical environment was my aggravating factor...LOL. The Judge gave me a 2 point enhancement (about 18 months) for driving to DC and buying lunch...not kidding. That's a "leadership enhancement".

I just loved it when Joe Biden threw out a gold star parent from the State of the Union speech after he yelled out something because he was grief stricken since he lost his son in the awful, incompetent withdraw from Afghanistan.

Then he had him arrested.
