Weichselstrudel - a traditional Austrian Sour Cherry Strudel, our German cousins eat it also of course.

It's very good.

Yum.. it looks like a cherry pie.

Darling *sigh* the Strudel isn't the pie. However, as it's you, I'll let it slide as you Americans say!

The cherry pies are good though, I like most things with cherry.

Here is recipe:

1 pkg Strudel, 1kg Sour Cherries, 100g Granulated Sugar - this is HEALTHY EATING! - 130g Breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon oil, Cinnamon, Icing Sugar for the top.

And then, you know, you....put it together.
 
Hmmm...I was just eating oyster crackers coated in oil so ranch dressing mix sticks to it.
