The more ruthless gang will win the day. And what could stop them? The Chicago police are handcuffed by the stupid mayor. And the governor of Illinois will only call out the National Guard if someone waves a Trump flag.

Yeah, I was thinking that gang rule probably isn't that far away in some of the more liberal cities. Cops are powerless, especially against minorities. So what happens when tough guy hoods throw out the political pussies who only care about how much they can personally rob? Our cities are asking for trouble.
