There was a particularly festive atmosphere at the Nirim outpost on August 12, 1949, the eve of Shabbat. ...
Shortly before the end of the party, at about 9:30, the platoon commander asked for quiet. He got up and, with a smile on his face, reminded the soldiers about the Bedouin girl they had caught earlier that day during a patrol in their sector. They had brought her to the outpost and she was now locked up in one of the huts. Platoon commander Moshe said he was putting forward two options for a vote. The first was that the Bedouin girl would become the outpost's kitchen worker; the second was for the soldiers to have their way with her. The proposals got an enthusiastic reception. A melee ensued. The soldiers raised their hands and the second option was accepted by majority vote. "We want to ****," the soldiers chanted. The commander decided on the order: Squad A on day one, Squad B on day two and Squad C on day three. The driver, Corporal Shaul, asked jokingly, "And what about the drivers? Are they orphans?" The platoon commander replied that they were part of the staff squad, together with the sergeant, the squad commanders, the cooks, the medic and he himself, of course. He added a threat - if any of the soldiers touch the girl "the tommy [tommy gun] will talk." The soldiers took this as a warning not to violate the order the commander had decreed.

So... you're pointing toward the accusation of a crime.

Yet, there's nothing more than the accusation.

You do understand that 'justice' is comprised of accusation, evidence, hearing and consideration of the evidence and adjudication, in response to the weight of the evidence.

What you're doing here, is implying that Israel advocates for the raping of children.

Which is hysterical, given that the Ideological Left is built upon the foundation of child rape... which you of course define as 'the loving sexual relationship with a caring adult... but the core of your ideology is nothing beyond the advocacy to normalize sexual abnormality, of which child rape is central.

the court refused to translate these circumstances into a
conviction. Not even in the case of one of the soldiers who was
convicted in the regional court of being "party to a sexual assault,"
but who was cleared in the appeal. This is how the appeals court
described his actions: "The appellant entered the Arab woman's tent and
remained there for some moments and upon leaving was seen to be
buttoning up his pants, immediately after him the second appellant
entered the Arab woman's tent, remained there for seeral moments as well
and when he left the third appelland entered."

However the judges were not prepared to determine what had happened
inside the tent. "There was no evidence whatsoever before the court of
an eye-witness concerning what took place in the tent," the appeal says.
"While the entry of soldiers one after the other for a few moments and
the exit of the first appellant as he was buttoning up his pants and
particularly in the atmosphere of excitement that was present among the
soldiers concerning a woman's arrival at the outpost, are sufficient to
arouse serious suspicions regarding the intentions of these three
soldiers and regarding the act they committed in the tent, but clearly
no suspicion and even the most powerful can replace proof beyond
reasonable doubt."

It is not clear what could have provided such proof. The murdered Arab
woman could not testify, and if the given soldier did not confess, then
no such proof was to be had. And indeed, the only soldier who was
convicted of rape was also the only one who volunteered to confess. His
attempt to recant his confession failed. ...

The court's conclusion regarding the rape reads, "We have before us no
evidence capable of providing legal proof regarding the fate of the
Warab woman during the night of 12-13 August 1949, save the confession
of the appellant that he raped the Arab woman that night." This
foundation also served to clear the officer and the sargeant of the
charge of murder intended to cover up a rape. They were convicted of
murder.

Then that would tend toward indicating that what you claim is false.

Otherwise, you're claiming further that the Justice System, has legalized rape. Which is a claim that doesn't serve reason.

What's more... your advocacy is one common to the camp which is best known for advancing deceit, as a fraudulent means to influence the ignorant.

Which when coupled with the outcome here... does serve reason, as the courts decision follows the certainty that your claim is false, thus more of the deceit, fraudulently advanced as a means to influence the ignorant.

See how that works?

Pretty cool, huh?

They went to jail, did you even read the link dipshit

So the Jews you listed had nothing to do with the first link, did they? They were just stupid enough to list the same unsubstantiatedfalse accusation and pile of crap.

olagh, heyvoun, ridam be deeneh Islam.

Ahh Team Palestine's finest in a desperate need of a shut down.

Here is my personal story.

During my early service in the IDF - I was accused for raping a 55 years old woman(Palestinian) in captive, If I was turning out guilty she was set for life with compensation but despite the poor "evidence" she presented a completely ridiculous groundless story to the investigators, when I was summoned to the investigation I was shocked when I realized it was the Palestinian woman captured infiltrating Israel with a knife - the 55 years old one I just couldn't hold it in and started laughing so loud a guard from outside came in with a taser aimed to my face.

Wanna know why we are so racists and never raping Palestinian woman??

That's why, and I swear to God, this one down here looks like a model compared to that woman.

...The "most moral army in the world"? Yeah, OK.

They are - sometimes they even stop their senior officers drom raping children - but only if the press find out.

An IDF intelligence officer with the rank of colonel has been suspended due to suspicions of sex crimes against minors. The head of the IDF intelligence branch Major General Herzi Halevi met with the accused intelligence officer and informed him of the decision made by IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Benni Gantz to adopt the recommendation that he be suspended because of the suspicions of sex crimes.

The IDF says that the actions attributed to the accused colonel are not in line with the standards expected of an officer of his rank and standing.

Police says evidence links IDF colonel to sex crimes against teen - Israel News - Jerusalem Post

Suspicions being conversations with at least ten boys, making sure they were still school children, and having sex with at least one young boy.
All documented in conversations found on his computer.

Try again.

Well if there is evidence that the Individual is a pedophile... he should be tried on that evidence and upon conviction, executed.

The problem is that the evidence is non-existent and the witnesses... have no credibility.
