Let's not even get into the laws for non-Jews within the area that is called Israel, where non-Jews have different rights of marriage from Jews, have different rights with respect to buying property and different rights with respect to immigrating to Israel. Jews from places like Russia can immigrate to Israel, while the descendants of people that were expelled from the area that is now called Israel have no right to return to their homes.

Is that enough?

Are these people in Israel itself and under Israeli rule, or are they Palestinians under the rule of the P.A. but occupied by the Israelis under the terms of the Geneva conventions.

If they are Palestinians then there is no apartheid just military rule. You want to see apartheid just look at gaza where 10% of the population has been ethnically cleansed by killings, beatings, forced conversions and dhimmi laws.

I'm sorry, the Haaretz link is only an article about the law. It does quote one portion of the text of the law but then refers you to an opinion piece to read about the communal rights for Jews only, not to the text of the law.

Wrong again as I don't like seeing lies posted, and the BNP were found not guilty of being racist weren't they, just as Nick Griffin was.
