ISIS redeploys heavy armory from Raqqa to Deir Ezzor

Like before in Mosul, ISIS is redeploying its heavy weapons to Deir Ezzor in attempt to establish their capital. The Syrian and Russian airforces are hunting the convoys in one of their largest aerial campaigns. ISIS has released photos of weapons in Deir Ezzor, where the terrorist group still attempts to defeat the besieged Syrian army.
