Is USMB a Russian Propaganda Farm and Source?

Reading the threads and posts here on USMB sure leads one to believe USMB is at the very least infested with Russian trolls and propagandists. Is it more than just infestation or is USMB willingly being used as a propaganda platform and farm for planting seeds of the continuous pro-Russian/anti-American barrages seen on these pages every day?
