Is Trumps “base” still the folks in 30 states and 2,623 counties?

I heard Adam Schiff using the phrase a number of times in an interview today...He refers to Trumps base as if it were just a few people in some po-dunk town in middle America somewhere.

LoL yeah that's a pretty big base, mostly everyone minus the Left coast and a couple Northeast states. If they would make Bozo punching toys with Adam Shiff's face on it, they would sell millions.
