I guess one might question whether "White" is a synonym for "Caucasian." If it is, then it should be capitalized (IMO). If it is merely descriptive, then not.

Mexicans are Caucasians, as are Ashkenazi Jews, although in the pretend world of the Left, both might be considered POC's.

There are several different ethnicities that have the same basic coloring as, say, Mexicans - Italians, Spaniards, Greeks, Arabs, etc.

The individual pictured appears to be White, but not white.
