I thought from your title that there might be something substantive in your post. Like "it was hard to watch because Biden seemed out of it," or "it was hard to watch, because Trump was being a poor winner."

But no. It was just the fact of the president and the next president meeting that was "hard to watch." Trump could have been humble and consiliator and Biden could have been lucid and logical, but the author of the article you posted already had her mind made up.
