Since there is a great movement to abandon fossil fuels to save the Earth from climate change is it not a good thing that the Strait of Hurmuz could be blocked by Iran? This would mean that less people would use oil. And since it is seen by the left that giant windmills and solar power are the best way to fight climate change, why does the world not just send windmill technology and solar power to the countries that use fossil fuels from the Strait of Hurmuz? This would accomplish two things: It would save the planet from climate change, and it would impoverish Iran that is one of the world’s largest producers of fossil fuel energy. I don’t see the problem with the blockage of the strait. It is a silver lining that will could the world!
Trumps strategy should be to let the Iranians blow the Strait of Hurmuz right out of the water with mines and drones that attack those horrible oil tankers that cause climate change. This could be a huge victory for the liberal left in America that wants everyone driving electric cars!
