Is the Miranda Rights card a living document like the Constitution? Is it time to update it to better inform?

I think it needs to meet the needs for the new population demographics.
New Miranda Rights wording

  • "You have the right to remain silent"

  • “We have the right to tell you to STFU”

  • "Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law"

  • “Trash talk and obscenities may or may not help us resolve this”

  • "You have the right to an attorney"

  • “ That shit you learned watching youtube about yo’ rights probably isn’t good advise”

  • "If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you"

  • “That imaginary lawyer or yo/ mama on yo’ phone will be contacted at the station”

  • You have the right to yell racism, discrimination, I kain’t breave, and call the officers names all you want, to the assembled homies”

  • "Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?"

  • “ Do you understand anything?”

  • "With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?"

I think it would be helpful and in the interest of the moment if there was a Thug's Rights card that could be carried by these over poleeced people, and they could exchange cards.

It would be in 50 languages with pictures if the dems updated it.
It should be available in 50 languages
Otherwise anything they say would be inadmissible

In spite of Miranda Rights being available for 50years, people still have not learned to STFU

Anything you say can and will be used against you.

You have nothing to gain by talking to the police, you are not going to talk your way out of it.
