Is killing Mexican Police inside filthy Mexico a chargeable crime in USA?

Its just a curiosity I have, if a person or persons were to goto Mexico and start indiscriminately killing Mexican Police and then came back to USA, could they be charged with a crime and/or extradited back to filthy Mexico to answer for the crimes that were committed there?

Why don't you call up the FBI and run it by them?

I'm certain the US has some sort of Extradition Treaty with Mexico.

Interestingly Mexico, which is a corrupt, Narco State, will not extradite a Mexican to the US for trial if the Death Penalty is a possibility.
