Sorry, two seconds is all I can take. It is very evident that she is following a trained patter, I think she has been coached and is trying to do her version of Obumma.

Everything she says is about FEELING, but it is all meaningless. She SUGGESTS, she IMPLIES. Then the imaginative voter fills in the blanks for what they think she means.

The guy most likely is very perceptive in his observations here. Her disjointed and rambling thought processes are very typical of many people under the influence of some mind altering influence of which alcohol is one. He is correct to temper his perceptions as not conclusive--none of us are able to make a conclusive diagnosis based on just watching a person talk in a situation like that. But the inappropriateness of the remarks as well as the disjointed aspects of them--not tracking all that well mentally--are definitely symptoms to be considered.

I have for a long time saw her deliveries as word salads. A simple explanation will work for her yet she launches into talking about things that are not part of the conversation. A word salad for sure.

This is more than just her now famous word salads though. Word salads are not that uncommon among people who don't have a clue what they're talking about but who are desperate to be seen as savvy, smart, whatever. But that interview was not typical Kamala word salad. I can easily see how many think she really was under the influence of some substance. It also occurred to me even before I saw all the internet chatter.

What we need to be careful of is not extrapolating that to she is an alcoholic or druggie or whatever. Not one of us is privy to know that.
