Not at all, their are Hasidim (Lubavitcher) all over the world helping to bring Jews back into the fold They live in their own neighborhoods for the most part in places like New York so as to be close to Shul. No driving on the Sabbath. Or taking a bus, or subway for that matter. Does that annoy you?
