Basically Iran offers to send SOME of its nuclear materials to Turkey in exchange for completed rods. Yet they hold onto enough Uranium to enrich into nukes! Wow that is a great deal! Iran trades Uranium for completed fuel rods, while still maintaining their ability to enrich Uranium for nukes!

Why aren't we accepting this?
