I doubt this fatwa will spur Donald to attack Iran again, they've already tried to kill him. But what it WILL do, is for Trump to take a dimmer view of Iran with an even shorter leash in any future dealings he might have.

Like a snake, these neolithic people have no appreciation for the fact that Trump actually pulled Israel back from killing their top leadership and could have gone much harder on them.
