The other day on the radio, folk were saying how they're being banned for life for too many returns. One guy bought about 13 items in the last 8 years, 4 in the last year and he sent 1 back. Banned. The retailer's returns algorithm will have had him down as a 25% returns rate, lol.
Amazon bans based on returns, and one woman who was banned was nearly in tears that the high street shops weren't very good. Erm, could it be down to folk like you using internet shopping
Apparently more and more online retailers are installing fair use policies, which covers returns.
ASOS was mentioned so I did a quick Google -
www.bbc.co.uk
I prefer to use local shops as much as I can, that radio programme made my journey enjoyable, I chuckled all the way home. I'll be surprised if Next doesn't ban based on returns.

Asos customers banned over returns say it is 'slap in the face'
The retailer has been cracking down on customers with high return rates - but some say it is unfair.
